"Didn't receive the part. I called left a message no one called me back . I called again spoke with the customer service representative I guess, She told me they sent it out to me without a tracking # sent to me via email so I could track ! It was returned from my postal service and I was refunded through my PayPal account! I wasn't refunded anything I looked at my account while I was talking to the representative nothing was refunded and she acted like I wasn't being truthful...wow don't order from this company if you live out of state. I ordered January 22 today's date February 25 "

"I ordered trim for my master shower and their website claims that the item will ship within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and no tracking number has been provided. They inform me that ship[ping is delayed and it should ship out within 2-3 weeks. Then 2 weeks go by and still, no tracking.

Their website now says that their NY location has the part IN STOCK! I ask them to send me the part from the NY warehouse. The next day they I received an email that it will be in my hands within 2-3 DAYS. The following day, they follow up with email telling me that their NY warehouse sold them!

Sooooo, now I'm back on an additional 2-3 waiting period. 2 weeks go by and now they charge my credit card, so I follow up via email. Now they say that they have to follow up with their "partner vendor" to find out where the part is. Im getting extremely sick and tired of the excuses after excuses after excuses.

If you need to order your plumbing part online, DO NOT ORDER THEM FROM PLUMBERS STOCK.... because they have NOTHING IN STOCK! They just take your money and dangle a carrot in front of your face until you give up! However, I'm not giving up, These clowns should NOT be able to sell anything on their website because they have nothing to sell! SCAMMERS! RUN!"

"Purchase a silver bullet sprinkler valve which is picture wrong on your website and Amazon. After receiving the valve I asked the rep to send me the one picture on their site. He told me to send the valve back and they will send it. I told him I need the exact one one the site. I asked the purchase the right one on the spot but he told me I can’t until they received the wrong one. I was sent a RMA label to returned the valve but I had to put the boxed valve into another box to ship which cost me over $20. Tracking the return valve when they received it I called and the rep told me that the valve in the ads are the old style and they no longer carry it. Please take down the pic of the old style valve or state that it’s no longer available. I just noticed the reviews on Amazon for that valve all complained they received the valve that they didn’t want. "
