"Ordered in April 2021, and project had significant delays due to Covid. Our contractor opened the box, which had never moved from the original location in the entryway. There was no sign of any damage to the box, yet when he opened it, the entire tank for the very expensive toilet was broken, and plumbersstock.com refused to stand behind their product, with a replacement. We are left with nothing but shattered porcelain.

Their packaging, their delivery and their product, but if the customer doesn't open and inspect upon delivery, they refuse to provide credit or a replacement.

Stay far away from this unreputable company"

Experience with Amazon and another well known on-line plumbing supply house showed part being in stock but after delivery date pasted, was told they had staffing shortage which really meant the part was on a boat near the San Diego pier waiting to get unloaded. Anyway, price was lower than many others and it got to the house faster than I expected. I have no complaints and these guys will get more of my business in the future."
