"I have no issue with Plumbers Stock, per se, but I received my order long before the website ever showed it as being shipped. Not necessarily a bad thing, I guess, and being the patient soul that I am, and with the heating season still six (6) weeks away, I thought "I can wait." I came home one day and there it was on my front porch. The website still shows the shipping as "pending."
I may take issue with ADP though. I encountered two (2) issues in the upgrade installation process. Number one, the directions never mention to remove the old control board mounting panel. Just to remove the old control board. I wasted a lot of time trying to get the new mounting plate to line up with the old one, but I figured it out on my own. The old mounting plate has to be removed and discarded. The second issue was the directions read to hook up the "BLACK" wire on the 15-pin to 9-pin adapter harness to the "Combustion Blower" terminal on the new board, but there was no black wire. Every color but. I finished the upgrade, and a gray wire was the only wire left over, so I followed the gray wire back through the harness, found that it did go to the combustion blower so I hooked it up to that terminal. Applied power, set the thermostat to call for heat, and the unit started up without incident.
Here is my "Caveat Emptor." (Latin for "Let the Buyer Beware.") I recommend if you do not have an HVAC or electrical background, don't do this upgrade yourself, because you may let the smoke out of the new control board, and you'll be out $178.00. I have both, an HVAC and electrical background, so I was able to do this myself, but with some difficulty. My 26 year old unit heater is working properly now. Should be good for another 26 years again! Thank you, Plumbers Stock, for having this part in your inventory. You saved me over $550.00! This is my second purchase from Plumber's Stock and they seem to have the parts for older equipment, often times in stock. I'll be back, because they are now my first choice when I need parts and equipment like this.
Cheers everyone!

"Fast and easy to find what I was looking for :)"
"Had to open in Windows Edge browser instead of Chrome"
"Being able to text for information instead of waiting on a long hold was great."
"Toilet arrived with both tank and bowl broken and in pieces. Plumberstock customer support was awful.
Initially refused to give me a replacement or refund until talking to the 'vendor'. A week later they told me they still couldn't contact the vendor, and that I couldn't get a refund until then. I had to refuse to get off the line for 30+ min before they got a manager involved and actually process a return.
0/10 would not recommend."
"This was my first order and it was a smooth transaction! Everyone is out of the Victor flea traps including Victor. I searched and found Plumbersstock had them in stock and at a lower price than elsewhere. Got what I was looking for and it arrived a day early! Will order again!"
"Efficient and easy order. Love the PayPal feature. Good experience. "
"I found this company and there's no reason to shop any more they have what you need at great prices"
"You may have the last handles on earth for what we needed"
"I order a couple of furnace pipes, they sent me a duplicate. I contacted them, sent them emails with the original order, they want me to send it back to them on my dime.... I didn't mess up the order, they did. I called them again and left a message, and have yet to hear from them."
"The Moen shower head looks great, but must have some internal damage because it sprays from the housing unit and not the holes.
I tried to return the damaged product for a refund, but they will not respond to my emails. Horrible customer service. "
