"I have to say, after over a dozen orders, poolcenter only messed up once. They took care of it quickly, considering it was peak season. I used to be in the pool business, it gets pretty busy for a time during the summer. I got sent the wrong part, or I ordered wrong, and so I called and left a voicemail, got no call back so I sent an email, and the rep took fast care of me. Got the right part on the way, and an RMA to return the item without any fees or fines. The person on the phone was very nice. I'm not sure how these other people are having such trouble, but everytime I've shopped at poolcenter it has been a pleasant experience. Thank you ."

"A few days ago, I posted a review about poolcenter.com, expressing my frustration on how an order of mine was being handled (or should I say, not being handled). I was contacted shortly thereafter by the president of poolcenter.com apologizing for any inconveniences that I had experienced. He promised me that he, personally, would make sure that I received my order. I assume, by his email, that he has also looked into "why" there was an issue with the order and "who" or even "what" may have caused the issue with the order. Well, my report on the situation is this ... he came through! Not only with the product that I had been waiting on, but also kept in contact with me (as he said he would), via email, on how the order was progressing. He also made some adjustments on the bill, which he really didn't have to do ... however, I do appreciate it. So, now, I'm back to being "impressed". Although, it took a bad review (at the start) to get things fixed, once I was able to finally get in contact with someone who would or could do something to fix the situation with my order, it was taken care of promptly. If I had any constructive criticism for poolcenter.com, it would be to make it easier to get in contact with someone when things go south. Being a business owner, myself, I understand that what you don't know about, you can't fix. It is very hard to know everything that is going on in a company ... that's the frustration that owners, presidents, vp's, managers, etc. have to deal with each day. But, again, once they did find out there was an issue, they reacted and made things "more" than right. Since they made it right, I will purchase from them again in the future. Thank you to Rob Cox, president of Poolcenter.com, for taking the time to ensure my order was completed. It meant a lot and I'm sure he will tweak some things within the organization to, hopefully, keep things like this from happening again."
