"We ordered a filter cover, O-ring and 2 other parts. The part numbers for the 21" filter cover and the 25" filter cover were so similar. We accidentally ordered the 21" filter cover, but managed to order the correct 25" O-ring. All parts came, we discovered the mistake and called to correct it. The customer service rep did not give a **** that we got the wrong part, our filter was already torn apart (in anticipation of the new cover arriving) and made no offer to get the correct filter out to us right away. That lazy S.O.B. just gave us an RMA# and no instructions whatsoever on how to return (there is some janky return label already attached to the outside of the box they shipped it in). After multiple chat sessions I headed up to UPS with this ginormous box to send back. P.S. YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING!!!!! Get into this - we only paid $6.95 for the items to be shipped to us...it was $288 F-ing dollars to ship their **** back to them. On top of that, if the stuff doesn't make it back to them within14 days of the DAY YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED (regardless of shipping time), then you will pay a 20% restocking fee. NEVER USE THIS ONLINE RETAILER. It is set up to discourage your returns and to cost you a fortune should you try to return. This is a scam and not consumer friendly AT ALL. I wish I would have seen these reviews before trying to save $50 by ordering here. THIS PLACE ****."

"I ordered online, the items never said they were out of stock or on back order. I waited about 10 days, thinking that was enough time to have received items. I called to check on the order to be told my items were on back order and they had no ETA. Funny the items arrived about 2 days later. Clearly there inventory solution isn't working well. I ended up only needing one of the items, so I called to send a return, the woman said no RMA was needed, just send back. I shipped this back, paid $10 in shipping. Waited to see the credit on my card. Never saw it, so I called again...A customer services rep named Mike said oh, it was over 30days we only do in store credit. "I lost a couple parts for my intex easy set pool during a move. I am in Canada and doing a Web search, poolcenter.com was the only place that seemed to have stock at a reasonable price. I paid about $15 for a set of replacement strainers and about $22 shipping to Canada, which I thought was more than fair seeing as a border was involved. I called customer service as my status went from "in progress" to "closed". I expected it to say "shipped" or something. I called on a Saturday , talked to a very polite girl who said all was well and I should receive it by Tuesday. She gave me a FedEx tracking number, which I checked on and the parts arrived Monday. I am happy as I only ordered it the previous Wednesday! Awesome guys! Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

It said it would come straight from the manufacturer in 7-10 days. 6 days later they called to tell me it would have to be special ordered and would be 14-21 days. I waited 2 weeks for item. and i called them. they had not shipped item out due to being backed ordered. and NEVER Called or Emailed me on status..... WHY, WHY did they produced a tracking number???? "Ordered a pool cover 6/15/2013, credit card was charged 6/29/13. On 7/26/13 the order was still listed as in process on their website and I had no shipping number. Cancelled order and went elsewhere. Live chat was responsive and pleasant but poolcenter.com illegally charged credit card without shipping products. Would not reccomend."
"Placed order on a Sunday afternoon. Called them first to explain our situation, was assured the part would ship the next day (Monday) and arrive in 2 days. So I completed the order online and received the confirmation email thanking me for my order and showing the charges (including shipping.)
3 days later no shipment, contacted their online help, they told me the part had never shipped because they were waiting for us to email them back regarding an email we had never received. I carefully checked my email account including using the search function throughout my inbox, spam box, deleted box, and they never sent another email at any time other than the initial order confirmation. So basically they screwed up at some point and then lied to me one way or another, or perhaps numerous times. They refused to correct their mistake and demanded an exorbitant rate to overnight ship me the item they had promised to ship days before. This is not a reputable company."
"I ordered over phone. I needed part next day. Customer rep told me they had it in stock and I was a one day ship from there warehouse. I should have part by 7PM tomorrow. I decided cool I'll save the overnight freight. 98% of the time when items are shipped to me from Chicago, it is 1 day.
The next day I checked order for tracking number. None was available. So I called PoolCenter.com to get tracking number. Turns out order was not shipped. Was told it would go out today. I asked for one part to be sent next day air. I was told I needed to talk to customer care. Customer Care informed me the part I wanted overnighted was not available. It would be at least 2 weeks. ( I was told the day before it was available and 20 minutes earlier it was ready to be shipped.) I told her this is ridiculous. When it became obvious she wasn't going to fill my order, I hung up and sent an email to cancel order.
The next day I get a call from Pool Center informing me that my order had not shipped andthey needed to reenter it into computer. They needed my credit card number. This person had no knowledge of the prior conversation and implied the items were now available to be ship.
Needless to say the severvice level froom PoolCenter.com has gone down hill. I been a customer for 10 years.
Thanks to Amazon.com I was able to get my part overnighted to me and I got it today.
