"Honestly frustrated at the online portion of this service. The website is very outdated for this type of product. Competition is much easier to use, upload, view, understand...the entire Pay before you upload seems ridiculous as well. Customer service is great though. "
“Timber, Thank you for the feedback. The site isn't outdated. Any company who needs larger files, or isn't a turn key operation won't have an upload until the end. Files for our customer needs are typically large and take a long time to upload. If we had you upload before the order was placed it can slow or even stop the ordering process. It also makes it so if you're not the one with the design file, you can email the link to the designer or responsible party. Sorry it was a ridiculous process for you, but there is a reason we do it the way we do. You are right about other companies doing the file upload early in the process, but again, most of these companies are not printing fully custom items. ”

"We ordered a slimline aluminum snapgraphic which we hung in a commercial space. Within 1 week the cheap plastic hooks that were on the top failed. One broke which sent the banner crashing to the ground. There are no options provided other than these cheap plastic clips.
I reached out to customer service (didn't get a return email after a day) so I then reached out to the chat. Spoke with JP. He confirmed they have no other options than the cheap plastic pieces.
I'm then told that I'll be charged a 25% restocking fee PLUS we'd have to return everything in the original packaging. Our installer of course tossed the packaging after he installed the hardware.
I am confused why Power-Graphics relationship with the manufacturer would have any impact on my relationship with Power-Graphics. Seems like that would be something they would handle internally after they worked with me.
At any rate, we're a franchise with 150 locations and after this experience (and with so many other options) I'll never recommend Power-Graphics to any of our locations. Very disappointed to say the least."
