"I received paper samples from Power Graphics after I called to speak to them about the differences in the paper. The paper is very nice quality, but for two prints 8x10 (shipped flat), I thought the $58 price tag was high. I ordered them anyway. What really got me was that I paid an extra $10 to have the two prints sent flat and additional shipping of $17.10. So the packaging and shipping was more than $27.....that is a rip-off. I will continue to look for another company to make copies of my original artwork."

This was a mistake made by our system, and you letting us know saved us a lot of head ache. $10 extra should have been the cost for the flat shipment, not $10 per item, like our system calculated. Prints should have been $48 and packaging and shipping was $17.11. That would make the total $65.11. Thank you for trusting us with your beautiful artwork.”

"Ordered a banner stand and received the product as ordered. Was contacted later and told I needed to pay more for shipping. I was asked if I wanted to dispute this and expressed my desire to have this disputed. I did not hear back from anyone about this dispute.
I found that Power-Graphics took it upon themselves to charge my account without my knowledge or approval.
I called and expressed my concern and was told that the charge onto my charge account would not be changed.
I have no problem with the product I ordered or even having to pay extra for an error. I am however disappointed that their customer service and communication department did not return my calls or my e-mails to handle this dispute in a professional way.

The reason for the additional charge for shipping as we've explained via the phone and email is the result of you providing a zip code for your address that was wrong. We contacted you on November 15th and the 16th. You responded via email asking us to dispute charges. We asked you to verify that the zip code on your order was indeed correct, and you didn't do that. We reached out to UPS who was able to show us that you had entered in the wrong zip code. This falls under a address correction with UPS and the charge was valid. We then called again to let you know this and heard nothing back. During the ordering process on our site before you can place the order you must agree to the terms and conditions. If you read them, it does go over that if an address changes or wrong information is given resulting in a correction fee from UPS that you agree to letting us charge your card for the fee. We charged the card, sent a new invoice all on November 16th. You reached back out December 20th unhappy with how this was handles. I'm not sure if who we were speaking with before was an associate of yours or if there is a miscommunication on your end, but we do have emails back from you in regards to this charge. We're happy to resend the UPS bill so you an confirm the charge is valid. ”
