"WARNING: Their prices are great. However, at least for Denon products, they are what is called a gray market reseller, i.e., they are not an authorized Denon reseller. What this means to you is that if you buy a Denon product and do not purchase one of the reseller's pricey extended warranties, if your product fails it will have no, repeat, NO warranty coverage from Denon or anyone. They are required at time of purchase to inform you of this, but mostly what comes across is that they are trying to sell you an extended warranty, which as most shoppers know, is a waste of money. So you are better off buying from an authorized reseller, because when you add the amount of the extended warranty to their low price, it comes out much higher than elsewhere. Buy from them, and you are gambling that your product will not fail. Mine did. I will never order from this outfit again."

After calling several of the lower priced companies and hearing scam after scam I called Powerseller due to their reviews. There was no funny games exactly what they advertised is what I got. Richard even explained to me how to get my projector started after I recieved it. Now that is a really dedicated salesman. Cant wait to watch my football games every Sunday on my 103 inch screen."

"I ordered two speaker systems from them. They held up shipping one until a salesperson could recontact me to try to sell me one of three different extended warranties on the item. The other speaker, a subwoofer, was actually out of stock when I ordered it, without any such confirmation on the website. Notably, the salesman that recontacted me to sell me an extended warranty mentioned nothing about the SW not shipping. When I received only one speaker system, I gave a few extra days to see if the other would show up from FedEx. When it did not, I called the company back, with the required 10 minutes on hold for customer service. The CSR who finally picked up "spoke with shipping" a while, then came back and transferred me to sales. This guy's job was just to switch me to a more expensive SW since the one I originally paid for was discontinued, or so he said. When I balked at the bait and switch, he came down a bit on price like he was doing me a favor, but was still 60% higher than the SW I had ordered. I said no deal and asked him to credit me back for the SW and I would find one elsewhere. Overall, I will not be buying from PowersellerNYC again regardless of their good prices. The gray market headaches and bait-and-switch techniques are too familiar from the old days and times have apparently NOT changed in New York City."
"STAY AWAY! This store is responsible for one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I placed an order for a new TV (out of stock virtually everywhere) because they said they had it and would ship it right away. I opted for FedEx Express Saver shipping because I absolutely needed the TV by 4/14. They assured me it would ship, and charged my card immediately. I called every day that they were opened for two weeks, and was constantly told that the TV was in shipping and would ship that day or the next.
They were closed for the better part of two weeks because of the holidays, only open for a few hours on a couple of days. When they were open, I was forced to wait on hold for up to 20 minutes just to speak to someone. When I finally got fed up with waiting on 4/13, I called back and was told the product was due to ship that day or the next (unacceptable).
I got fed up and cancelled the order, but they refused to refund my money because they insisted that it was going to ship that day (as they had for two weeks). I was forced to go to my bank and file a dispute to get my money back, and of course, they never shipped the TV."
