"For starters, I don't love that there isn't someone to speak to on the phone in customer service. I had a question prior to ordering and it took time to get a response - which could deter someone from coming back and ordering. I ordered three sweatshirts from the store. The FanThread brand is terrible. Not only is the sizing about 2 sizes too small, but there is no stretch to the sweatshirts and it feel almost suffocating. They call this a premium brand, but I would heavily disagree. When I measured the sweatshirts (width and length) after receiving them compared to the chart - it was nearly 2" off from the sizing chart for both FanThread apparel. I reached out to customer service and was put in touch with Ashley. She did a fantastic job of being thorough and helping to resolve my issues quickly. Ashley is a great CSR and the best thing about PrepSportswear. She handled things efficiently and left me feeling slightly better about the money spent and the product I received. As for the shipping, it does take nearly 3-4 weeks to receive. I would not order something if you are in a rush! "

I work at the school I graduated from 47 years ago so I wanted the year 1976 printed on it with School name. I am a size small but the small I received was more like a child size small. The collar was so puckered from the way it was stitched. Wasn't even worth 5.00 never mind what you charged. Should have stuck with school company. Atleast quality was worth the price. Should have read reviews before ordering because never would have given you a dime. Shame on you for selling and overcharging for products. I would never recommend Prep Sportswear to even my worst enemy."

This was my first purchase ever on your website. I have an Aussie friend who got me into AFL, and I saw this company made different styles and even a feature that allowed me to pick and choose which logo to use and wear. I live in America, so I was able to add the number of an American player to the back of my sweater. Kind of like a sweater jersey! Except I had one too many to drink, and accidentally ordered a YOUTH Medium instead of an adult Medium.
So, I spoke to Greg S the next morning and asked if I was too late to change. Unfortunately It was (they put these into production QUICK, which is a good thing), but Greg offered as a one-time deal a replacement at no charge. My original item delivered, and asked Greg S to help with a replacement order, which he did. He even went above and beyond and asked me to confirm the size to make sure it was a fit. The quality of the original was above my expectations, it has a really great feel, and the logo looks amazing. Thanks greg and team for a great quality sweater, I will be back to order another for her once she sees how I look in it hahaha."
