"I love the idea of this company. In fact, I have spent almost $300 in the past year with them. However, I recently washed one of their t-shirts for the 2nd time and the thread at the bottom seam had come out and the shirt was faulty. I contacted customer support to find out they have a firm 14 day return and replacement policy. There was no room to budge. I consider my self to be a valuable customer of their’s, but they were unwilling to make the situation right because it had been longer than 14 days. I communicated to them that I had plans to make future purchases for friends and family for Christmas gifts and their firm 14 day policy was going to mean they lose me as a customer.
It’s unfortunate that they were unwilling to replace a bad product which they had about $6 invested in, to keep a good customer.
Again, I love their idea and would have continued to patronize them, but not after this. "

Contacted their customer support, and Stephanie was extremely helpful in providing options to me. Very easy to deal with and work with, no nonsense at all.
