"Ordered a Plasma TV, Panasonic 50" model. They seemed to have the best price... after 24 hours, not hearing from the merchant, I foud their reviews here on ResellerRatings. The list of negative ratings got me very nervous, and after not being able to reach them by email or phone, I requested that my order be Cancelled (two days after ordering). My credit card had not yet been charged, and no tracking info had been provided. I ordered the Plasma on another site, for a little bit more money, but got prompt response, and prompt delivery. Anyway, 5 days later, this merchant contacted me, and asked why I was cancelling. They had not yet shipped or charged me, so I felt no need to supply a reason. As a result, they threatened to charge me a 15% ($749) cancellation fee... despite the fact that no such cancellation fees are listed on their web site. Fortunately for me, I lost my credit card shortly thereafter, and no longer have to worry about their rediculous "cancellation" fee. BE ADVISED: DO NOT BUY HERE - IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH THE AGGRIVATION."
"Similar HORRIBLE experience as other users. When I refused add-ons to the Nikon D70, the rude salesperson repeatedly tried to guilt-trip me into purchasing any and all additional lenses, etc. from them because they "were selling the camera at such a low price that they hardly turn a profit." After five minutes of refusing, I told him that he was wasting his breath and that I wanted the camera and the camera only. I was hung up on. Classy. The money was withdrawn from my account, with a charge for shipping after I was promised free shipping. After repeated attempts to get through to customer service, I decided to call again the next day. Mysteriously, the money then reappeared in my account, with no explanation of a cancelled order, or any contact at all. When I finally got through to a customer service rep, I explained the story in detail. Her take on the whole thing was that my order was "probably cancelled after the 'SPAT' that (I) had with the salesperson." Cancelling an order of over grand over a "spat." Right. There was no record of my order number in her system, or so I was told. Mere minutes after hanging up, I received an e-mail stating that the product was out of stock and that I'd be contacted when it was back in stock, with the option of re-ordering.

"These guys are scam artists. I ordered a camera on-line, received an e-mail the next day saying I needed to confirm my order. Called and waited for ten minutes. When the "sales representative" did answer he tried to sell me every accessory under the sun. After twenty minutes of not wanting to buy any accessories he told me he could not sell me the camera. The kicker is before I called they held over $1400 from my debit card. Even though they cancelled the order my funds were in limbo for 5 days. Stay away from this company. EVIL"
