"Seller cancelled an item from Ebay auction. the only explanation given was no longer available. Additional items of the exact same description and model number were and still are being offered for sale by auction on Ebay. The item was offered by the seller at no minimum bid. Suspect the item was cancelled because the price was too low for the seller. Is this good business? Email to seller and Ebay requestig a better explanation or the right to acquire the camera at the price bid have not been answered."
"This is a sorry excuse for a company. I won an auction over a month ago and still haven't received my merchandise even though they took my credit card information. Every time I call, I get a different excuse. I have documented evidence of where they have purposely removed items from an auction because the bid was not high enough to suit them(they said the item was no longer available) and yet they had the same item up for auction the following day. I've heard that if an item has a rebate associated with it, they remove the bar code from the item and claim the rebates for themselves. Maybe that is why my merchandise is taking so long? Stay away from these guys. You have been warned."
"Great price on the package (got through Ebay). Paid with credit card on 11/24. Didn't hear anything about my order for over a week. Granted it was over the holiday (Thanksgiving) but a confirmation would have been nice. Had to call to get shipping information about a week later. Item still had not shipped. However, upon talking with the salesperson and asking where my order was, he transferred me to the shipping department and they upgraded my shipping to overnight. I was very pleased with this and would recommend them to other buyers. There is a little hassle involved if shipping is slow (especially if you're in a hurry to get your item) but they seem to follow through and meet expectations. Most people on ebay have given this seller good feedback, and I plan on doing the same. If you're looking for a perfectly smooth transaction, go elsewhere.. but if your main objective is price and you don't mind getting on the phone to straighten things out if necessary, priceitwholesale is a great choice.

"Thought about ordering an expensive item from this company and gave them all of my information. Was told I needed the 3 digits on the back of my fiances credit card to complete order. The package was sent out anyways without the 3 digit number they requested to finish the order. I refused the package at the door and emailed the company many times. They called me today informing me that they were charging me a 15% restocking fee, which on this item is over $400!
For their mistake! They completely overcharge on shipping, charging $100 on an item that costs everyone else $30 to ship.
Trying to work with these people is impossible as all that Gary did was scream at my fiance and I while we were trying to work our problem out.
This is a horrible excuse for a business, very bad customer service with no care for your business in the future! They just let you buy what you need and push you away! Stay as far away from them as possible and save yourself the headache that I had to endure. "
"eBAY bar flies. Their business actually goes under the name "520 Camera Corporation" and also "Willoughby's Konica" and yes, they are in New York City. At first, I questioned the "please call before you pay" approach to their eBay auction. I will say though, for the record, they did deliver. I got a decent tripod and carrying case for my camera. The lens are another issue. I can't seem to figure out what they are suppose to do, but for now I give the benefit of the doubt. They did NOT bait-and-switch, the way most of those Brooklyn guys do. I didn't have any trouble with them (except that they told UPS to require an adult signature in person, which cost me a run to UPS). I suspect they made a decent profit on this sale. I'd never hold that against them. I also suspect that these lens are pretty inexpensive lens (Note: "suspect"). "
