"Purchased a 14k 4 way medal in Dec 2018. And a 10k gold chain. The medal was listed at 2.6 grams it weighed 1.1 gram. The chain was listed at 9 grams it weighed 3.5. Grams. When i called them the said some how there was a mistake on the r way medal on the listing weight. And dont know how I got the smaller chain by mistake. I retured a took 2 week to refund. Now Jan iver a month later they are are still listing the same medal with the same weight listed. I should have listened to some of the other reviews ither than those on there site. Do not recomend wasting your time and money. Sarraf was much better for online jewelry. "

They offered a refund of weight differance after I called, but I still didn't get what I ordered. Nothing on the website says anything about removing .50mm for diamond cutting. Even though I ordered and paid for 2.25mm that is not what I received. !!!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! First time order and will not refer or order again. No trust and ethics here. "
