"I had small issue with my order where after only a day of wearing my new chain, it snagged on my sweater and broke. I immediately call Pricerock and told Customer Service my situation. They were very quick to assure me that this was no problem at all and they would replace the chain for me. I was immediately emailed a prepaid return shipping label to send this piece back. About a week and a half later I received a brand new chain, which I have had no issues with whatsoever. From beginning to end this was a smooth transaction. "My 1200$ order was placed and charged on Monday October 9th 2017. On Tuesday i received an email stating my billing address was unable to be verified. I spoke with Heather on Tuesday who called the credit card company to confirm my address and the charge went through on their end. She apologized for the inconvenience and said i would be receiving tracking number and the gold chain should be their by Saturday at the latest. I finally received my tracking number Thursday October 12th with Second Day Air i was still assuming my chain would be here Saturday. The Package did not arrive until Tuesday Morning. I asked Heather to make it right and she appologized and said UPS DOES NOT deliver on FRIDAY and thats why the package was late. In what world does UPS NOT DELIVER on Friday. Very Unhappy with the way Heather handled the situation. They also do not provide a return label and i had to pay for my own return. "
