"Only speaking for my customer experience, Primary Arms has not been consistent or the best about timely order fulfillment. I pick shipping options based on the date displayed and when I want to receive an item. That’s only possible if you fill the order soon. However, it can take a week, or more, for you to fill and ship, so that date was a false positive. I would love to see more accurate and transparent order fulfillment. I honestly know that’s asking a lot, and I am excited for businesses like yours to be busy and to be challenged based on those busy times to ship quickly, but I also want to accurately understand what my expectations should be and not be let down. Currently, and for nearly every order I’ve placed in the last three months, I have been frustrated by the timeliness of how long it takes my order to be out the door. It is not about how long it takes, it is all about setting date, and then that not being accurate. If I pick FedEx because I want it by the date that choice displays, then that is now my expectation. If you don’t fill the order until 3 days after I wanted that item, my expectation has been missed. I’m not asking for the order to be filled today, just be more accurate on your order fulfillment obligations so I can see the reality when I am going to receive the thing I ordered."
