"The 308 bolt for my AR-10 fit perfectly and is very high quality. I'm sure it will give me many years of reliable service. I made the mistake of not checking the shipping address before placing my order so the bolt was shipped to my old address. I didn't realize this until I looked at the tracking email on the day it was to be delivered. I called your customer service and the very nice person there (I'm sorry I didn't get his name to give him full credit for how well he treated me) was very understanding and made sure my address information was corrected and that when it was returned it would be sent out to my correct address without delay. Several days later I contacted your customer service people again and was advised that the bolt had been returned to you and had been shipped out to me. I was given a tracking number also which allowed me to be home at the time of delivery which was nice. I will be purchasing all my AR 10 & 15 parts and accessories from your company in the future. Please thank your staff for the fine job they did. Employees that are competent and caring about how they do their jobs are rare now a days and your company is lucky to have the fine staff that you have.

My issue involves a purchase days before a sale went off on the same items and they approved a store credit for the difference. It would have been ultra better for customers if it was an actual refund but it was still a very satisfactory result.
