"I was building a Recce Rifle for my son, who is in Navy A school and would only be home for a short time at Christmas. We had ordered all the parts and all had arrived except the freefloat handguard, so a quick internet search found you guys to have one in stock and offered 2 day express shipping. I ordered the part and Monday and got it on Wedsday giving me time to prep and Ceracoat it before he got home on Saturday. Today I was able to get the rifle together for him so he can shoot it while he is home for Christmas. The best part is the handguard was great quality and I will likely use it again in the future. "Took longer for them to get the gun from their "warehouse" than the web site said when I ordered it. When it did not arrive on time I called customer service and all they could (or would) tell me was the exact verbage stated on the web site ("we will receive the gun from our warehouse in 3-5 days). No one would actually go check to see if it had really shipped from their warehouse or was still waiting to ship to their Houston store???? In short, no customer service.

Then, when it finally came in, I arrived in their showroom and there was one person ahead of me. In spite of that, it took 1 hour 20 minutes until I left with the gun. The gun was ordered and paid for. All there was to do was fill out the Federal form and check my CHL. Having bought many guns over the years from probably all the major gun stores in Houston, this is the worst customer service and slowest process of paperwork I have ever seen. Ever! As an instructor, this will be on my list of gun stores I will advise my students to avoid."
