Blocked from using website because I requested a replacement cartridge Nicely

"I too have used Palpal for years and this is not like them. Weird, but I sent a message and two voice mails asking in a nice way for a replacement for a faulty cartridge and haven't heard back. Today I gave up and decided to go to buy a whole set (figuring what the heck) and I have been blocked from using their website? Can't figure it out. It says "Forbidden:Access is Denied"."

NON existant customer service

"I have been a customer with PrintPal for over 18 years and I have NEVER had this much of a hard time. Back in June 2018 I bought 70.00 worth of cartridges(4 cartridges -1 black, 1 cyan, 1 yellow, and one magenta)for my HP Office Jet Pro 6958 All In One. My intention was keep extra cartridges on hand. Last week I went to change the yellow cartridge and my printer said that the ink cartridge was inserted incorrectly and could not function. I tried re-installing it several times and still the error. I contacted PrintPal for a replacement/refund and they have ignored me to date. I have sent several emails and calls to customer service go unanswered. Thinking that it just may be a dud cartridge I purchased 1 brand new HP902xl replacement from Staples and it worked right away!! So I know its the cartridge supplied by PrintPal. Two days later the magenta cartridge I have been using ran out and I inserted the magenta one supplied by Printpal and I get the SAME error!!! So I buy a magenta one from Staples and it works no problem. So repeat this process with ALL 4 cartridges from PrintPal and NONE of them WORK !!!!! And I have gotten NO RESPONSES FROM PRINTPAL ! I returned the cartridges 3 weeks ago at my expense for a refund and have not gotten any acknowledgement for PRINTPAL(SHOULD BE PRINTNOPAL)
I am certain that PrintPal programs the chips on the cartridge NOT to function after the 180 days refund limit.
A BUNCH OF CRAP. PRINTPAL, you have lost NOT only ME as a Customer but I will make sure I tell everyone of my family and friends NEVER TO BUY FROM YOU !!!!!! FURIOUS !!!!"

Don't stock up on Ink

"I have been a customer with PrintPal for over 20 years and I have NEVER had this much of a hard time. Back in Dec 2018 I bought $81.80 worth of cartridges(4 cartridges -1 black, 1 cyan, 1 yellow, and one magenta)for my HP Office Jet Pro 8720 All In One. My intention was keep extra cartridges on hand. 17 years, but no more

"I have used this company for 17 years but no more. I had 3 defective printer cartridges that were still under warranty. They
would not replace them, They did refund my money after I paid $8.00 postage. They do not return phone calls. Customer service
rep. was rude on my one call that I reached a live person. My only reason for a one star rating was that there was not a minus 5
rating to chose from. john

Waste of Money

"Had multiple cartridges that were bad and couldn't really tell if it was that or my printer until I got a authentic HP cartridge that worked just fine. Unless you enjoy throwing money away, I would stay away from Printpal."

Great company if you like bad product and being ignored

"I purchased two black ink cartridges for my Canon PIXMA MG3620 printer and what I received does not work. I tried contacting Print Pal and they haven't bothered to respond to my messages. I have learned a valuable $43.91 lesson--don't ever buy anything from Print Pal."

Defective ink cartridges

"PrintPal sent defective cartridges then refused to refund or send new cartridges. The people at customer service are a) idiots, b) nasty, c) have no sense for how to run a business, d) all of the above.

I can suggest that you deal with any of the other credible companies that sell ink cartridges.

I don't expect perfect but when things go wrong how about being polite and reasonable.

Still getting the wrong ink cartridges from this company

"For 8 years I got high quaility ink cartridges from print pal. 3 or 4 years ago the sold to someone else and I got bad and or wrong ink. I stoped using them. I tries again this month and again the sent the wrong one. Stay away from these people."

"Horrible... after 10 years of ordering from PrintPal, never again. They claim their cartridges are OEM quality, but it just isn't true! I run an office and we have to rely on quality and consistancy and I can't play musical chairs, hoping to get my printing done. And then as if that wasn't bad enough! Their customer service is a friggin JOKE... ONE CSR...I was hung up on the first time, and then my email was blatantly ignored. I had to hunt them down, just to be told to return the cartridges for a refund.. AT MY COST.. never again.. this over 10 year old relationship is over !!! I buy at least $100 worth of cartridges every 6 weeks. I will find a new supplier.. all over one cartridge that THEY mis-shipped."

"I have ordered from Print Pal for years and had good results. Then, I started having problems. I returned one with a letter and never even got an acknowledgement that they had receive it. This last time, and I mean the last time I am ordering from them, I had to trash my HP OfficeJet 85xi because the black ink ran out and through my printer/copier/fax and totally ruined it. When I carried it to the dump awhile ago,, ink was still running out even though I took the cartridge out. Never again will I order from them or even recommend them to somebody."

"On recommendation of a relative, I tried Printpal; 2 B&W, 1 color, which I intended to use as soon as the cartridges in my HP 2610xi printer ran out. Neither of the B&W worked, were not even the same shape as the HP. Printpal replaced them. But in the meantime I needed ink, so bought a HP--which lasted for months. When I needed ink again, I tried the replacement Printpal, again neither of them worked. This time they skipped lines. I got another HP so I could have ink in my printer. Printpal never answered my letter along with the returned cartridges. When I reached them by phone, I was treated as rudely as ever in my life. Apparently their guarantee lasts only a few weeks---so I assume you are expected to take your current ink out and try Printpal right away, a ridiculous expectation. When I explained my objection, the clerk yelled over top of me and would not let me talk. She gave me some credit--just this once, she said in anger. But I still have an unused COLOR cartridge I do not expect will work when I need it, though I've had it only a year. She made it clear they will not stand behind it. Loss of money and time. Never ever again!"

"A friend highly recommended PrintPal for refurbished cartridges, so I gave them a try. What a mistake that was! A black ink cartridge usually lasts me about 4-5 months, so I was shocked when a month later the printer was telling me that it was out of ink. Took the cartridge out only to find my printer flooded with ink! Tons of $$ later I have my printer back and NEVER will a PrintPal cartridge go in it again!

PrintPal sent me an email asking me to rate the product. I gave it one star (zero stars wasn't an option), and a detailed explination of what happened. No surprise that over a month later and my review still hasn't been posted. Only a 5-star rating sits there. No surprise there.

I am a professor and PrintPal gets a F!
