"Absolutely horrible. Listed the book as "Good" condition and it is FAR from it. Tape all over the cover and back. Covered in stickers, Someone removed some of the tape and ripped part of the cover off. Was listed as a teachers edition and it is NOT. Was shipped in an envelope that was ripped in several placed - leaving the corners and binding severely damaged. Paid over $100 for this book and received very damaged goods."
"A friend highly recommended PrintPal for refurbished cartridges, so I gave them a try. What a mistake that was! A black ink cartridge usually lasts me about 4-5 months, so I was shocked when a month later the printer was telling me that it was out of ink. Took the cartridge out only to find my printer flooded with ink! Tons of $$ later I have my printer back and NEVER will a PrintPal cartridge go in it again!
PrintPal sent me an email asking me to rate the product. I gave it one star (zero stars wasn't an option), and a detailed explination of what happened. No surprise that over a month later and my review still hasn't been posted. Only a 5-star rating sits there. No surprise there.

"We placed a fairly large order with Worldwide. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our selections at the beginning, but the assistance went downhill once the order was placed. The items arrived in a reasonable amount of time; however, they were embroidered incorrectly. We were presented with two solution options: 1) remove the stitching and re-do it (some of the stitching wouldn't have new embroidery over it, so there would be visible holes); or 2) have a patch put over the error with new embroidery over it. When we said that we weren't happy with either option, we were told that we would need to wait until the items we returned were received and reviewed. We have a deadline, so we requested a refund. Hopefully that will be processed quickly."
