"We placed an order from this site for 2 power supplies and a power supply cage assembly. The ordered was payed with overnight shipping. The power supplies arrived next day, the cage arrive 2 days later. The power supplies were wet inside the protective bag each was in. The box and packing materials were not wet in any way, so it was not due to a spill during transport. The boxes the power supplies were placed in were taped not tampered with and well packaged. Both psu's were DOA.
10/19/10 - Printsavings.com eventually got back with me about the issue and went out of their way to make the situation right. They were very fair in their refund and even provided a shipping label for return of the power supplies. I feel better ordering large price items from a seller that stands behind their merchandise. "

"I ordered a refurbished motherboard from PrintSavings because they simply had the best price. I needed it in a hurry so got 2nd day delivery. I'm always a little skeptical when purchasing from new suppliers, but Printsavings has really exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately when I received and installed the refurb'd motherboard it was bad. Our company Union Square Computers (http://www.unionsquarecomputers.com) orders parts all the time. We've received defective merchandise before - it's uncommon but it happens so we are understanding when it does.
When it does happen normally you wait a day or two to have your RMA approved, ship the item back on your own dime, and then the company will send a replacement. Since I needed the motherboard in a hurry I just ordered another one, 2nd day air.
To my surprise Printsavings canceled my order, sent me a FedEx shipping label so I could ship back the bad mobo, and then shipped out a replacement motherboard the same day. Knowing I was in a hurry they sent it 2nd day air. The new mobo works great.
This type of customer service is simply unheard of when dealing with online retailers. If every other company out there were this fanatical about customer service we'd have a better internet. I can't express enough how pleased I am with how this transaction was completed.
