"I purchased the following online from SupplySales:
1 TOSHIBA EXPRESS PORT REPLICATOR W/ [Mfg. Part#: PA3508U-1P]. It arrived promptly but didn't work with my laptop, therefore I called the company and they sent me a replacement. It also did not work, but I found out the fault was with my computer. The company provided RMAs to cover both items and I returned them. Shortly thereafter the company returned my payment by check. Good company to deal with."

"GREAT COMPANY! This company stands out from the rest as a well-organized, professional business, that goes over the top in customer support. They competitively provide a superior RO water system with superb documentation. They even go so far as to color code all the tubing to the filters and supply sources. If you have a question now or years later, they promptly provide the comprehensive answer. In fact, they go to extremes to not over-sell the product replacement filters. Each kit comes with a water tester to help you determine when it's time to change components. GREAT COMPANY!!!"

"Very impressive company! I ordered a Pelican 1550 case on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, properly boxed and billed. They offer great online pricing, no tax, and free shipping in this case. Why buy someone's trash from E-Bay when you can get the new item from Calumet for a few more dollars and have a warranty?"

"DON'T DO IT! The online store advertises branded software then ships a cheap unknown variation of a similar name. For example, I ordered 3D Architect and received 3D Virtual Architect - a joke. The good news is I only lost $5.99."

"DON'T DO IT! This seller is operating a fraud and will not ship your order. A clue is that there is no way for you to call them. My credit card company is now disputing the charges and I have requested they be blacklisted. Try Buy.com and spend a few more bucks for peace of mind."
