I will continue to use Printcopia.com for the value they always offer - combined with the excellent finished product. "After recently receiving my 24" x 36" canvas, I was pleased to see that the sharpness and overall picture integrity was maintained when printed. Unfortunately, the back of my canvas seems to be ripping away from the staples (within one week of being received) and has subsequently resulted in a slight sag in my canvas. Although this is less than ideal, I was able to call in to the Customer Service team and receive excellent support from Jacob Solomon. Although my request is still being processed, after initially reporting the problem I had received an email within minutes of getting off the phone with Jacob requesting pictures of the incident. This was certainly refreshing to see as a customer and is indicative of a company that cares about customer satisfaction. "

"Had an great experience with our first ever order. I was skeptical of using an online service for a print... prints almost NEVER come out quite right in color or brightness and this was an expensive (for me) item.
We ordered two large (40") panoramic canvas wrap. Website was easy enough, shipping and order went through fine. Received items but was not happy with the print... came out with a pink tint and my fear was coming true.
Contacted support and receive almost immediate feedback. They requested a photo to compare against the original and the next day replied that they concurred the colors were dramatically off. They gave me the option to recolor my image OR allow their team to alter slightly to what they think would come out better. I chose the latter and they sent a proof to verify. Being a landscape at sunset, I was worried they pulled too much 'pink/magenta/red' out of the image losing that effect, but it would be better than what I had, so I gave the go ahead.
Within 3 days we received the replacement canvas.. there was still a slight pink/red tint to the image, but it turned out perfect for me as it maintained the 'sunset' appearance w/o the overwhelming overcast of the 1st ones.
I could not be happier with their support and follow through. I think the tint issue is a combination... the colors of the photo, the inks used and the canvas itself is not a true white, but a 'cream' which I think influences it greatly.
I will most definitely use Printcopia again. Not only are their prices low, but their support and concern for the customers satisfaction is OUTSTANDING!"

Recently ordered some Mothers Day gifts and would have been nice to include a message. I contacted their CS department and they are working on this enhancement. Very responsive with any questions.
