"I ordered my canvas through printcopia.com when they had a sale where you paid shipping only for your first canvas- I believe it's a 16x20. I was contacted shortly after submitting my order by a customer service agent who said my picture would turn out blurry if I left it the way it was. I emailed back saying that was ok because it was a picture of a flower and for that particular one, I didn't want it to be totally clear. I wanted it to have that blurry/animated kind of look to it. When it arrived, it was just what I had been picturing and the quality is amazing! I wish they were a little cheaper so I could buy more. Even with the 50% off that I get with writing this review, they are still very expensive even just for an 8x8. Great quality though..."

The second product I received was the quality I expected when I first ordered the canvas print. what I expected The product I received from your company was absolutely terrible! Apparently your company does not have a quality control department otherwise they never would have printed the canvas print. When I called your company regarding the extremely poor quality of the product, the printing representative advised,canvas prints are not meant to be viewed up close.My print was so washed out and faded if you look at it at a distance all you would see is the frame! All the canvas prints have been colorful and life like. Look at your advertisement...do they show washed out canvas prints...No.. they are bright and colorful! Your customer service person said they would reprint the canvas at no charge if I would resend another file but I have been sick and have not had the opportunity. I was not told I could return the product for a refund."
