When I ordered the prints, I was having some trouble centering the pictures the way I wanted, but I thought that I got it right. When they arrived, two of them were perfect and one was terribly off center. I emailed their customer service department and received a prompt response. They zoomed and centered the picture for me and made recommendations for how to get the print to look the way I wanted. They also didn't require me to return the original, and just asked me to pay shipping for the replacement. I thought that was great, given the fact that it was discounted to begin with. "
