"My experience with Printcopia was very positive. I had a panoramic landscape picture that I wanted printed to hang in our office space. It is a mountain in front of a lake, and needed to be clear and professional looking. Originally, they printed the image and missed the top of the mountain. I called and they reprinted it at no charge."

"Overall I thought the print quality was exactly what was expected. The gloss was great and the kodak photo paper also was good. FYI I have a bit of experience in photography. What i had trouble with was the panorama interface online. One photo that I uploaded couldn't show the whole picture in the little display box given and I proceeded move it around to no avail. It was my first time on the site and i deduced that often sites contract a web Dev to write the language for businesses such as this and aren't very particular in how to apply tools to adjust or shrink the photo. I took a chance and printed it anyways. I hoped they received my photo data in complete and then figured that I wanted the whole panorama not just a section of it. I was disappointed to find out they printed it exactly how I didn't want it. I hope this review helps in adjusting that problem. If I had the opportunity to adjust it myself then I would have. I would also like to thank them for having a service such as this to print panorama with a managable interface or preview screenshot example of the actual picture. There are not many printing sites that exclusively cater to Panoramas. Appreciate the business."

"While I love the site and it was so very easy to use, I wish there was more chances to preview before checkout, I found myself going back to the home page just to see if I really wanted that image on the canvas. "The order was filled ahead of schedule. Canvas and frame quality is very good. The picture was packed well (unlike other vendors who have shipped poorly packaged and subsequently arrived damaged) and arrived intact.

My only complaint is the canvas has less contrast on canvas as it does on my computer screen. Being a black and white photo the contrast level is important."

"They were good in that they caught the fact that my print was not high res enough to produce a good product, but then when I did get it, I got two prints when I thought I ordered only one and they were not cropped the same and one had a very orange tint to the faces in the photograph. The orange tint was very dissapointing and I know it wasn't because of my print I submitted because the other photo I got wasn't orange. I want to return the product, but it's such a hassle to return a big canvas print!!!!"
