"At first we were extremely excited to use Printcopia due to the prices. We had just ordered from another service and we were very delighted with their end canvas print product. Yet, after searching for the best deal, we found Printcopia and used them for their canvas printing at 60% off. Needless to say, I think this is a case where you get what you pay for.

The first few items shipped the next day and we were pretty excited as that was unexpected. Yet, when we opened the first set of prints, a few were more blurry than we had expected, even though we read "your print will look amazing" at the bottom of the image upload step. The canvas did not seem to be stretched very well and there is a bit of "sag" on the frame. You can actually see the top edge of the frame when it is hanging on the wall. My girlfriend actually wanted to return them. Yet, I talked her into keeping them because the cost was so cheap. Hence, "you get what you pay for".

About a week later, we received the shipping notice for the largest print that we ordered. We weren't expecting much after our initial order. The print looked better than the others. Maybe we had just gotten use to the others. Unfortunately, the frame on this one had broken. One of the corner braces was no longer attached. I hung it on the wall anyway and hope that it will maintain its shape.

Overall, we were pretty disappointed and we have learned our lesson of going with the most affordable option. Sometimes, it may just well be better to spend a bit more money and get a better product."

"There was an issue with the resolution of my picture and I received an email to let me know before the order was placed that I needed to fix it. I think that notifying the customer before printing something that isn't going to look right is very good customer service! The person I spoke with on the phone was also very helpful in telling what I could do to try and fix the resolution problem."

"Beautiful prints! Only issue I had was that one of my prints had a white edge on the bottom. I would have figured that quality control would have caught it.
I also wish the website would allow you to submit panoramas of a different ratio than 1:2 without cropping out part of the image. There should be a size to fit that works, even if part of the print is blank and can be cut away.
Overall, I was very happy with the service and would use them again."

"Pretty simple...it is not acceptable business practice to ship an item to a customer a month after its ordered. Especially when its something non-personalized such as a wall decal. Ordered a wall decal on 8/29/13 and they just created a shipping label today 9/28/13. They are also going to say that's the shipping date that they quoted me when I ordered. I didn't notice that this time, but even if that's true, who wants to order something and receive it over a month later. I will never order from them again, there are a lot of other sites that provide the same thing, and you'll get your item in a week."

"My experience was Printcopia was a little mixed. I placed an order for an 11x14 canvas and about a week later the wrong order showed up. Customer Service was very prompt in dealing with it and sent me a replacement [actually they sent two boxes of the identical one] back to me. This brings me to the actual canvas. Im a professional photographer, so color quality is kind of my thing. The skin tones of the canvas were pretty far off, as in orange, could not realistically sell this to a client off. I could have contacted customer service, but I think it was pretty clear how things were going... Price? Excellent, but if the final piece is so drastically different from what you sent them in the original file [on a color-calibrated monitor no less] what's the point.

So final grade? Meh. "
