"This company must be depositing people's funds and make their money by earning interest, because they had $240 of mine for a month and never sent a thing, nor could they tell me if anything had been sent. I did receive replies promising they would straighten it out but that is all I received. On Jan 27th, I finally was told they were going to credit my card in full but a week later they had not, so I authorized a charge back.
Do not wait more than 14 business days for these jokers to either send your merchandise or issue a refund!"

I ordered from an internet company in Oregon named prismblue.com . They charged my credit card and never sent any merchandise. Their website says that they ship as soon as they bill your credit card. The site also says that they ship within two business days after you place your order. They never return phone calls or emails. When you call them the message says that they will return your call within 24 hours, but for faster service email them. For over two weeks I have called and emailed countless times to no avail. I was able to login to their website to check the status of my order. It always said that it was complete and shipped priority mail. Now they have locked me out of their website, and when I try to login I'm told that my email address is not registered. It was registered. It is the one that I ordered from them with. I guess they are mad because I left a message on their answering machine asking them to respond and communicate with me instead of ignoring me and hiding behind their answering machine. After some investigating I found that they have ripped off many people. I have alot of evidence compiled. Also they were Edge Micro (edgemicro.com) until you made them pay everybody back and shut them down. Now they are in transition to becoming easypbc.com because of their bad reputation. You brought this crook to justice before, please do it again."

No response to emails after a week of trying to contact them by email. Hopefully, I can get my RAM or money back. I should have checked this site first. Note, it is now 1/3/05 and they STILL list it for sale on their website (for a 20% higher price), even though it's out of stock for the next 12 months.
I didn't take them up on their offer of a great deal since they only had lower speed processors, assuming those were in stock.
Oh, and the next day they replied to the email I sent when I ordered."
"After six months and innumerable phone calls to the better business bureau, my issues with Prism Blue are still not finished. I paid for priority shipping and the item did not ship for two weeks. The also appear to have changed names to easy pbc. No doubt to avoid the numerous negative complaints and stay in business.
Bottom line - this smashes all world records for the worst service ever!!"

"Ordered a processor on the 18th of august.It was listed as in stock. My order showed pending for more than a week. Tried e mailing many times and calling. Noone picks up the phone and I had my e mail answered once. They charged my credit card the same day I ordered. They e mailed saying they would upgrade to free overnight shipping, and it would be sent out the 31st. I tried to cancel but noone will answer my e mails. I called my credit card company to let them know what was going on. It is the 28th now and I am still waiting to hear from them. I found the processor somewhere else 45$ cheaper. Cant order it because I dont know whether they are still going to ship me the part yet. Overall their service is terrible.I will update when I find out what is going on with my order that Ive been trying to cancel."
