"Just a heads up: Easy PBC is the same company or ownership as Prism Blue Corporation(www.prismblue.com), which the Oregon Department of Justice is investigating. Have a look at Prism Blue's reseller ratings. Also, have a look at the following internet pharmacy website: http://www.newdayrx.com/info.php Easy PBC (a.k.a. Prism Blue) apparently is some kind of front for an internet pharmacy!"

"This company must be depositing people's funds and make their money by earning interest, because they had $240 of mine for a month and never sent a thing, nor could they tell me if anything had been sent. I did receive replies promising they would straighten it out but that is all I received. On Jan 27th, I finally was told they were going to credit my card in full but a week later they had not, so I authorized a charge back. Do not wait more than 14 business days for these jokers to either send your merchandise or issue a refund!"

"This is my second purchase from Tylermartin and am very pleased. Their USA Brand cartridges yield good print results on my Epson printer using plain and coated inkjet paper, the best I've seen for the money. I've yet to find an off-brand cartridge that yields print results that are AS GOOD AS the factory cartridge, especially for photo printing, but the USA Brand is rather satisfactory for text and business graphics. I probably would use the factory cartridges if I were printing photos, though I have not tried the USA Brand for photos."

"Great experience. Eagle initially shipped the wrong item by mistake, but shipped the correct item right away after I notified them. Instead of having me return the incorrect items, Eagle offered to let me buy them at a nice discount, which I accepted. David Neese contacted me several days later, inquiring whether I was satisifed with my order. Eagle Computer will get more of my business."

"Where do I begin? Ok, here goes... May 2nd, 2004: Placed online order #500377 for XP1800+ Pricewatch special. Received email confirmation for order #500377 within minutes. May 4th, 2004: Received email message from Compubuzz requesting me to phone regarding order #500377, which was "on hold". May 5th, 2004: Phoned Compubuzz, spoke to CSR named Samira or Sameera about order # 500377. CSR stated it was a routine anti-fraud verification request, asked a few questions, then stated my order was "confirmed" and would be processed in the couple days. May 10th, 2004: Received yet another email message from Compubuzz requesting me to phone regarding order #500377, which was yet again "on hold". May 11th, 2004: Attempted to call a few times but received busy signals or was put on hold. Received email stating that order #500377 had been cancelled because Compubuzz was unable to contact me. May 12th, 2004: Attempted to call again, spoke with CSR Samira, asked what the problem was with order #500377. Samira claimed Compubuzz performs routine anti-fraud checks and cancelled the order because I did not contact them. I advised Samira that, in fact, I already called and spoke with her after the first request on May 4th. Samira apologized and re-instated my order, claiming for the second time that my order was "confirmed" and clear to proceed. Feeling re-assured, I foolishly placed a second order for AMD XP2600+ Pricewatch special that evening (12th). Received order confirmation #500657 email within minutes. May 22nd, 2004: Received second order (XP2600+) #500657, still no sign of order #500377. Processor had signs of previous use including chips or cracks along the edge of the core. Did not want to test processor until I notified Compubuzz of the damage. On or about May 24th, 2004: Called Compubuzz, reached CSR Samira again, informed her about the damage. Samira stated this would be documented and to proceed with testing the processor; if it was defective, the processor would be replaced. Also asked Samira about the status of order #500377. Samira yet again stated the order had been cancelled because Compubuzz could not reach me, as though we had never talked about this TWO FREAKING TIMES already. I was quite upset and let the CSR know how I felt about this blatant incompetence. I left the order cancelled. On or about May 27th, 2004: Tested the processor and it is clearly defective; Windows Protection Errors, system halt, blue screens, etc. On or about May 28th, 2004: Requested RMA for replacement, approved online, RMA# issued. June 1st, 2004: Shipped item USPS Priority Mail to Compubuzz. June 3rd, 2004: Compubuzz received RMA package via USPS Delivery Confirmation. June 10th, 2004: Received replacement processor, again with a damaged core. This time, the damage is even worse than the previous one. I've uploaded a photo to the following URL: http://s89934018.onlinehome.us/images/xp2600.jpg Notice the crack or gouge along the left edge of the core. Further, the AMD Ordering Part Number is for a Model 10 Thorton core, but I ordered a Model 8 Thoroughbred core. Thorton core processors are not supported on my mainboard. I sent a support request to AMD asking if this OPN is even valid. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Consider yourself warned."

"There is something very wrong with this company. I have given them all the benefit of the doubt but they have completely wasted all good faith. First, I have ample evidence to conclude that Sonic Parts is closely affiliated with Compubuzz, if not the same company, despite a CSR from Compubuzz emphatically denying any relationship during a phone call. Not only are both 'companies' located on the same street, in the same city, in the same state, but their business hours are identical albeit highly unusual (open only six hours from 10am to 4pm M-F), use identical online shopping cart systems and product lines. When you call by phone, they have the same recorded messages and the waiting music is dialed to the same local radio station. I ordered the same item from each company (AMD XP2600+ Pricewatch special), received the orders in identical packaging, with the same return address (the one used by Compubuzz) from a company called "Computer Distributors". Each package contained identical printed invoices (only differed in shading color). Even the hand notations and QA stickers on the printed invoices are identical, which should be different from company to company. The order confirmation emails use identical titles, formats, and layout. I placed my online order for five AMD XP2600+ processors (Pricewatch special) with Sonic Parts on May 07, 2004. I received an email within minutes confirming the order. A couple days later, I receive a request to call Sonic Parts about my order, which I tried to do for two days but could not get through due to busy signals and waiting on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Finally I got through, and the CSR whose name was "Ron", informed me that promotional offers were limited to one unit per person/order. Ok, even though this was not disclosed when I ordered, I accepted the adjustment of my order from five units to one. BTW, Ron was the only positive experience I've had with this company. He seemed to be a real courteous fellow over the phone. I finally received the order on May 22, 2004 (15 days after ordering), which was accepted by my mother because I was in the hospital during that time. I get home on Monday the 24th to check my order and find a processor that bears unmistakable signs of being USED. There is a white residue on the processor, around the die core, resistors, and heatsink support pads, that is consistent with a previous application of thermal transfer paste. In addition, there is a small crack or chip in one corner of the die, which is consistent with an improper or careless application of a heatsink. BTW, the processor I received from Compubuzz is even worse. It has THREE chips or cracks along the die edge, though there is no trace of any thermal transfer paste. My experience with Compubuzz has been even worse, they still have not shipped an order I placed with them on May 02, 2004 and called TWICE to confirm at their request. My rating of Compubuzz will be up soon. UPDATE#1: Filed an RMA Request and received an RMA number. I notice in Sonic's policies that Sonic's warranty begins on the "date of invoice". The "date of invoice" is May 13th, but the order did not ship until May 17th (per USPS Track and Confirm), and the package was not delivered until May 22nd, leaving only 7 days left on the balance of my "15 day" warranty before I've even received the product. Very sneaky! Edit#2: Interesting development. I took the plunge and tested both processors because I already promised one CPU to a client and he couldn't wait for an RMA. The processor from Sonic Parts works fine at full load. The processor from Compubuzz was defective, throwing protection errors and faults immediately. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with this company ever again. Now I have to see if Compubuzz will give me any trouble with replacing the defective (and damaged) processor they shipped."

"No complaints here. Prices are competitive, they have some killer specials, and free shipping on most items to boot. Of course, its not "free", but its a nice change to shop and put items in your cart without dreading what the shipping is going to be. I was almost suspicious of how CensusPC can include shipping in such competitive prices, but they do it! And what planet did "edoc" come from where it is not standard policy and procedure for the customer to incur the expense of returning an item to the point of sale? Unless the customer receives the wrong item due to clear seller error, this is in perfect keeping with customary practice throughout the industry. Another example of why retards shouldn't be allowed to give reviews."
