I was informed that the item was being checked for correct fitment because of previous problems. I indicated that I would be happy to assist if I could obtain the item. It arrived on 3-14-08 and works perfectly. I will shop with them again in the future."
"Not very happy or impressed with ProclipUSA at all. This is my second order from them in the last 2 weeks and this will be my last. The info on there web site says if your order is placed after 1:00p CDT if will be processed the next business day but then it also says it takes 1 to 3 business days to process orders. Talking out of both sides of their mouth....My problem is this ,with my first order it was placed on 12.31.07 after 1:00p and the next day was New Years Day so the next business day was the 3rd of Jan. I got an email on Jan 7th telling me that my order had been place on back order that's 7 days from when I placed the order ,then on the 9th the order shipped. What happened to 1 to 3 days to process? This order was placed on Jan 14th and as of today (16th)it's still being processed. Will update on this after it ships....Just don't expect your order to ship the next day with these people if will probably be a week or more..... "
"I had an excellent experience buying from this company. I purchased a mount, to mount my iPod cradle in my car next to my radio. The order was placed on a Monday evening. It was processed and shipped the next day. I was very surprised to receive the order on Wednesday, even though I chose the cheapest shipping option.
I had no problems so I cannot comment on the customer service, or ease of returns, or anything like that. But overall, my order went smoothly and was shipped very quickly, and I would purchase from them again."
