"The flower arrangement I bought through Proflowers (the most recent of many such orders) for my wife's 75th birthday was the largest and most expensive of three size offerings of that particular arrangement. They arrived on time and they were what I ordered. They were also beautiful. However, as is often the case with these orders, the florist providing the flowers sent them with absolutely no written information. There was nothing that even identified what all the individual flowers were. But, most importantly, there was no little packet of fertilizer or any instructions of care. I expected more for the money I spent. My wife identified the specific florist from the included card, looked up their phone number and called. They were helpful and provided information on proper care, but we should not have had to track this down in my opinion."

"My wife works for San Bernardino County, CA. She recently got a promotion so I ordered flowers to be delivered to her job. I was surprised when I wasn't given a delivery time option. I used pro flowers before and was use to arrange my own time frame. The next day, I called at 9am to see if I can get a time frame, or eta of the delivery, since my wife's office closes at 5pm. I was told I could not get an eta, but they will be delivered asap. I called again at 12, since they had not been delivered, I again stressed the reason for the delivery and the office was closing at 5. I was told they will ensure the florist knew that information and will make the delivery. By 3pm. I was ****. The flowers had not been delivered. I called again, and was told I would received a call back. That never happened. Upset, I called at 5pm to demand a refund. You guys completely ruined the occasion and my surprise. I will go back to 1800 flowers or ftd from now on. "
