What she received was a $15 bouquet from the local grocery store. Please RESEND the flowers EXACTLY as I ordered. Your “substitution policy” no longer applies since you didn’t make an effort the first time. If you cannot send the exact bouquet I ordered, please refund 100% of my purchase, shipping, handling, same day delivery fee and taxes in the amount of $88.17. Thank you.
The bouquet my mother received had zero roses, 1 or 2 small sprigs of purple. The rest was daisies or carnations or something cheap. I was told the EXACT bouquet would be redelivered on that day. That was a Thursday, I called everyday through Monday and was told it would be delivered "today." I finally said no thanks, refund my money. This partner seller took the EXTRA money I paid for the DELUXE version of the bouquet. But sent a very small bouquet of the cheapest flowers possible. It was so ugly. The Proflowers people did finally refund 100% of my money.
