"We purchased a PLFW.115.30 March 2014. The hood has performed great. The four speed fan is a big plus. The lights let you see whats on the stove top. We have been very pleased with it. In August 2020 the hood started acting up. The light would come on and off on its own. The fan would change speeds without touching the button. I called ProLine and got immediate help from them. I opened a ticket as instructed and received a response the next day. I attached pictures of the suspect parts and reported how it acted. I am very pleased with the help from the service department and the quick response. If I have to replace the hood in the future I will purchase another ProLine."
"I have owned the Pro-Line 113.30(Equivalent now 120.30) for 4 years and it is a solid product. I haven't had any issues with the product. One concern I had when I purchased the product was the power of the vent hood. Occasionally, we cook Tikka Masala in our home and the smell is pretty strong. The vent hood is rated at 900 CFM which takes that smell right out of our kitchen. All the neighbors can smell what we are cooking outside its so powerful. Its a great and solid product which I would recommend."
"A contractor installed our Proline Hood Vent. As the lights started to go bad I felt I could replace them. Proline videos help me with the process of extracting the lights. This morning I called the company. Brenden Whitney was very helpful in guiding me through the ticket process. By late afternoon the order was completed and the replacement lights on their way. "In 2013 we remodeled our kitchen. We looked at several brands of hoods for our appliance upgrades. Finding a quality hood with great ventilation efficiency seemed to be relegated to very expensive commercial kitchen providers and those options where much to large for our kitchen. We found ProLine by accident in a Google search and are glad we found them. Their hood is a clean and appealing design with all the power we could hope for.
Recently, one of the control boards failed. Nothing unusual for circuit boards especially considering many computer boards fail after 3 to 4 years of constant use. ProLine’s staff was easy to reach and worked quickly to resolve fixing the issue with minimal fuss and muss.
Having dealt with other appliance manufactures in the past, ProLine set’s a standard for quality and service that is hard to beat."
