Incomplete order even though packing slip showed all shipped. Called customer service. Basically non responsive. "Will get back to you". They are in southern NH. I am in central NH. I prefer to buy locally but I can get parts from as far as the west coast faster. I am disappointed because I need a reliable vendor for parts so I can provide good fast service to my customers. Once ProParts got the parts out the door they got here in no time. But again order was incomplete. Please don't take this comment personal, but if you don't know its broke, ya cant fix it. Jim "
