I believe we have agreed to a warranty exchange after direct contact with you and trouble shooting for a bit since the headlight is equipped with OEM HID components such as the HID Bulb, Ballast, and Igniter Cable. We hope to resolve your issue immediately. A return label was sent for the initial item, and the replacement is shipping out today and should be delivered within 3-4 business days at most.

It may be our automated system that could be filtered out by spam due to the large amount of texts on it. Either way it would be our fault for this tracking update issue. I resent the tracking link via FEDEX's website to hopefully correct the update issue. I see the product also has already been delivered.
