You most likely have a better chance in getting a better product from other websites, just what I did (eBay). You guys even charged a restocking fee for a mistake on your end.

"After realizing the aftermarket harness and OEM headlight plug didn't align quite right I modified the plug. After shaving off the alignment tab that's completely unnecessary for a 2014 Ram everything worked as expected. Customer service at PTL is second to none!!
