I do not see any emails under our account in regards to the item being delivered because the order is pending due to the product being non-CARB compliant and requiring a vehicle waiver form to be filled out before shipment. I have seen a number of emails sent to the email address on the order via Amazon Payment's account/email. However we haven't received the waiver form back after numerous emails sent. "Ordered these headers on Amazon they immediately took the money out of my account sent me a confirmation but no shipping date they emailed me a few days later with a form telling me I had to sign it and return it to get them the email basically said they wanted to know what vehicle I was putting them on and they wanted my signature saying I wouldn’t use them for road use because of some California emissions law I called them they gave me a long process to get this paper signed and returned I then canceled my order my money took two days to get back in my account long story short I’m bummed because I wasted over a week on this no headers and no money I got different headers from another place didn’t have to sign anything and got me the headers a couple days later "
"Package came in. I hooked it up and passenger led strip didn't work. Tried to contact protuning lab so I could hopefully get it replaced sent 3 different emails and no reply. Product looks good but they could at least acknowledge my warranty after spending $400."
