"I bought a new set of headlights for my truck, the day I received them I installed them and the light output was horrible. The next morning I sent in an email requesting for a return, never got a reply. I called in and the person in the phone said I wound need to send in pictures, I had the person on the phone send me an email so I could confirm the correct email. I have been waiting for almost a week and they keep asking for more and more pictures. I wound not recommend trying to return anything or warranty anything out with the company"

They said that the fender flares had installation hardware included, it did not, it came with nothing but some cheap tape thrown on there. I also attempted to install them but they would not fit because they are too small. I sent in pictures but they are such thieves that they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and all Leslie will do is just repeat (copy and paste) the same "customer response email". This is not a joke like she is making it, I have proven they have done wrong, but they will not correct their mistakes. Its shame. All I ask is a simple return and refund because they screwed up.
