"Ordered football shorts & top over a month ago. Received the top after chasing for 3 weeks. Going back and forth over the shorts. They provided tracking references that advise posted 2 weeks ago but nothing received and no delivery attempted. All very odd unreliable, don’t waste your good money or time. "

Called up to find out where it was, episode of events as follows:
1. Was advised my bank had put a hold on the payment, so nothing was processed, I was advised of this when calling, money had left my bank account immediately. This was completely false.
2. I was then advised it hadn't left the Czech facility yet and actually no stock existed in the UK despite immediate delivery.
3. I was then issued the below saying it's been dispatched but next to dispatch delivery date: it says not despatched.
4. Non of the reference numbers in the email were recognised by DHL so I cannot track it.
5. However, the customer representative then advised it was out for delivery and would be with my within today. Even thought I later had an update it was still in the Czech facility.
Then I was told I had to wait until they recieved the item back from me to get my refund. I now have to go out and buy the shoes from a shop here I will not get the make and model I wanted for my race. Absolute shambles!! Worst on-line experience I've had, avoid them like the plague!"
"On no account order from this company, delivery said 4-5 working days waited 3 weeks for my so called brand new Away shirt and when it arrived the shirt was shop soiled with dirt all over it not good considering shirt was originally WHITE. Phoned customer service you don’t get a reply just an answer phone saying their message box is full, well I’m not surprised by that "

However, I was very happy with the product which was a Tottenham Third Kit 18/19 and the service was excellent as I revived my kit in the 9-12 workings days. Would recommend. "Dreadful customer service from Pro Direct Sport. Ordered rugby boots on 19th Dec. Emailed to say order received. Chased order today (16th Jan) to find out where boots are, only to be told that boots not in stock and probably not going to receive anymore! Nice of Pro Direct Sport to communicate this fact via email. Really shoddy service. Would not recommend using this website."
