Horrendous Experience! Tantamount to theft - Stay Away From them at all costs!!
"Paid premium for immediate delivery. On the date of expected delivery:
Called up to find out where it was, episode of events as follows:
1. Was advised my bank had put a hold on the payment, so nothing was processed, I was advised of this when calling, money had left my bank account immediately. This was completely false.
2. I was then advised it hadn't left the Czech facility yet and actually no stock existed in the UK despite immediate delivery.
3. I was then issued the below saying it's been dispatched but next to dispatch delivery date: it says not despatched.
4. Non of the reference numbers in the email were recognised by DHL so I cannot track it.
5. However, the customer representative then advised it was out for delivery and would be with my within today. Even thought I later had an update it was still in the Czech facility.
Then I was told I had to wait until they recieved the item back from me to get my refund. I now have to go out and buy the shoes from a shop here I will not get the make and model I wanted for my race. Absolute shambles!! Worst on-line experience I've had, avoid them like the plague!"
