No communication when item not in stock
"Dreadful customer service from Pro Direct Sport. Ordered rugby boots on 19th Dec. Emailed to say order received. Chased order today (16th Jan) to find out where boots are, only to be told that boots not in stock and probably not going to receive anymore! Nice of Pro Direct Sport to communicate this fact via email. Really shoddy service. Would not recommend using this website."
