I placed my order on a Saturday when they were closed for the weekend and immediately received a phone call Monday morning confirming my purchase. Shipping was prompt and I got an email with the tracking number. It actually took 2 days earlier than the estimated arrival. "I needed special accommodations when ordering a new laptop and I checked everywhere from brand name stores to online retailers. After a couple of different retailers I stumbled upon prostar. Not only were they the quickest to respond to my email, but they were willing to make EVERY accommodation with NO additional charge. More importantly, they emailed me time after time answering my questions and helping me with my laptop issues. Additionally they even called me to try to fully understand my issues. I would give prostar a 10/10 when it comes to my computer and an 11/10 on customer service.

"I purchased a Pro-Star M570TU which is a Clevo laptop. If you want a Clevo laptop do not purchase from Pro-Star go with another company. The Pro-star tech. support is non-existent. They never update their drivers. They will not supply any Bios updates. I had to contact one of their competitors to get any useful information on my laptop. It seems once they have your money they could care less if your laptop keeps working. The main tech. service manager is just downright rude and unhelpful and a few other words that are not appropriate for a review. The Clevo laptop is OK but as soon as the drivers are outdated you're out of luck with Pro-Star."
"I first ordered from Ibuypower.com and had a completely horrible experience. They were supposed to ship the next day which turned into parts being on back order. After 20 days of waiting I canceled my order. With this bad experience in hand I decided I would call and talk to someone before ordering again. I called Pro-Star and they told me they carry everything offer on their website on hand. Since I was waiting for my money to be refunded from Ibuypower.com I decided to email Pro-Star with a couple questions I had about the system itself. Within 2 hours Eddie Yuan had emailed me back answering my questions in more detail than I was expecting. I then emailed him with a few more questions about their next day ship service which he informed me that it was not worth paying $59 for it since I am currently deployed out of the country. He offered to ship the item in 2 business days for FREE. I have corresponded with Eddie Yuan about 5 different times now and every time he is very professional and polite. He has a vast knowledge of the service and products his company offers. I will 100% buy from Pro-Star again just because of Eddie Yuan. He made a lifetime customer out of the experience I had with his service. This may sound like I work for Pro-Star, but I assure you I have nothing to do with Pro-Star at all. I am in the military and will recommend this company to all of the service members I work with. Thank you for everything Eddie!!!!"
"My main use if for gaming - specifically WOW (Worlds of Warcraft).My old laptop was also made by them, but sold though a reseller. I bought the M900F- with the i7 3.06 processor, increased memory, ( 6Gb,) hd is the 500/7200 sata. I am very happy with it. I spoke to them multipe times before purchase. They were all helpful, however- " Eddie" was very very knowledgeable and made several helpful suggestions. It has only been a week, but I am very happy with the laptop, and would get another one from them without hesitation.

"I ordered a top-of-the-line laptop (at the time) from Pro-Star computers and recieved everything on time, as ordered. I have since had two issues with the computer. The first was a damaged keyboard which I personally was at fault for. The second was a damaged video card and mother board, due to overheating. Whether this was my fault or not is still up for grabs. The service manager said it was due to not keeping the computer clean enough internally. I guess I will pay more attention to this in the future.
Regardless, both times that the unit was sent in for service, the Pro-Star staff graciously fixed the issues. Despite my short temper, they even managed to keep their cool and help me in everyway possible. Thank you Pro-Star for your first-class customer service...It really means a lot now-a-days. I WOULD purchase again from this company."
