"I received the dress on a Sunday, it was delivered on Friday but I was out of town. I worked all week then tried the dress on Saturday when I was off work and had a friend to help. The dress didn’t fit. I went to return the dress on Monday but couldn’t find a return address label. So I called the company. They were closed. They are on east coast time, I’m on west coast time. I emailed the company. Tuesday I received a response telling me I was outside of the 7 day return window. I was a single business day out of a window for a $200 dress that didn’t fit. As a female workaholic in this day and age, you would hope a company geared toward women would be supportive of this. So there goes $200. Flushed. Gone. That’s a lot of money to not have a dress that fits. I will never buy from them ever again. You’re better off going to wish.com to find a $20 copy cat with the best return policy in the world!
Update: Thanks for your response. It took 6 emails, 2 phone calls, $8 non-refundable return shipping, a $20 deduction for restocking fee, and an entire month to resolve the problem. This took up several hours of my time, a headache, and $28 of $200 purchase still left flushed. This was NOT a hassle-free return experience. I’m not reviewing a dress. I’m reviewing my experience. Buyer beware. Heaven forbid your dress not fit. Good luck getting your money back within or beyond the 7 day return policy."

"ordered a prom dress that was my exact size but when it came it did not fit at all. the next day I tried to send it back for a refund and instead of trying to help explained to me I would have 10% taken off of my refund but nothing if I used it as store credit. honestly why would I purchase something else from this awful website when the customer service does not genuinely help the customers!! they continued to tell me it was all my fault because the return policy is in the “terms and conditions.” Just awful. Never will I purchase anything from there again."
