Where do I begin. I'm still waiting for my refund. Customer service NEVER attempted to try n help me finally after ordering a part (that promoting charger tech recommended for my system) as it was not compatible However cus see wAs rude n didn't do anything to help me so I figured I would spend my money elsewhere. I returned product ( which I was told originally "to bad ur not happy but u have to pay for return and u won't get any money back for other product til u do" as told to by cus see n still have not received my refund. I will NEVER ORDER from ur business again and I will b contacting better business bureau. I've sent several of these messages as I get email that u are interested n my comments but clearly u aren't or someone would be helping me

"The charger was advertised as having surge protection built in, and a reset button, which infers that if it did see a surge, it would fault and allow a reset. I am spending time in an area where the electrical grid is unreliable, so I DID ASK FIRST, AND WAS ONLY TOLD IT WOULD WORK.
Also, the four foot cord does not work well, in that it is hard to insert and retract. Fine, the chargers fail not the cord, and my old cord goes in and out easily. The price was good, and price-point is one of the strongest supply and demand factors favoring a sale."
