ProntoCharger charged for an item that was out-of-stock (but never notified me). When asked why the package was delayed, they finally told me it was out of stock. I cancelled the order - and they confirmed the cancellation - but then shipped a few days later.

Throughout they have refused to return my money and only a complaint to their local BBB forced them to issue a refund. (Mind you, that's a refund on money they never should have taken....)

I cannot imagine any company that stays in business with such disregard for customers or standard business practices."

"The charger was never sent until I called and asked where the charger was. Then then charger was send out 10 days after I ordered it, all of the ads state same day shipping. Then after it was sent, it took 3 days to arrive at the postal store. I called many times with no satisfaction. When I asked for a manager, I never got one. I left my name and number 5 times for a manager to call me back and still to this day have not received a call. Even after I was told by 4 people that I would have a call back by the end of the day.
