"I was supposed to have received my postcards no later than Nov 18th and mine finally arrived today Dec 5th. This was for an open house on 11/18 & 11/19. It’s actually embarrassing to have it arrive this late doesn’t show good marketing at all. Could be the post office fault I don’t know, but I was told that last scan showed that they shipped. I’ll never use them for another open house. I knew I risked them being a day late but two weeks isn’t acceptable - and I guess what bothers me as far as the company goes is Customer service didn’t say what can we do? How can we make this better? the response well they show that they shipped just isn’t good enough."

From Farming my area with different campaigns, and recently utilizing the Dominator and Realtors Magazine which I think is amazing, to Just listed and just sold Jumbo postcards!! Their website is very user-friendly and offers many designs to choose from and you can even upload your own designs. They offer a large variety of products and you can purchase mailing lists or upload your own.. And they have a quick turnaround time for shipping!! I have tried other online postcard companies and find that none have compared to the ease and variety of products that ProspectsPlus offers. I am very happy with their products and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any kind of mailings. "

“Your order was placed on Sunday, Nov. 12 our customer support team reached out to you via phone and email regarding the Open House date and letting you know while there was a possibility the cards could arrive in time it was cutting it very close and we could not guarantee delivery by the Open House date. We wanted to know if you wanted to cancel the order, change the Open House date, or proceed with the order we were advised that you wished to proceed The postcards were printed and delivered to the post office on Mon, 11/13 and postal scans show last scanned from the 18th to the 20th with most of the cards final scans being the 20th. When you contacted us on 11/29 we resent the email with your postal tracking showing the scans and re-mailed your copy of the postcard to you and that postcard tracking for your second seed card is the scan and delivery you are questioning of Dec. 5th. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your order and our customer support team has reached out to you again via email and phone to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. ”
