Then on top of that my Just Listed Cards were delieverd to my home in Reno, Nevada, not to my home or office in Port St Joe Florida, where the listing is.Since I am not in Reno Nevada, I will not even be able to use the cards. Bad service...lack of attention to detail."
"I sent out a postcard to one community and it was great!
I spend quite a bit of time designing another one, with neighborhood comps and when I went to purchase Prospect Plus only had access to about 170 addresses out of 750 so I wasted a lot of time in the end because I couldn't complete my transaction.
I have sent postcards out for years on this particular community with another company but wanted to try Prospect Plus. Disappointed I couldn't use them for the latest transaction.

The only complaint I have is my phone number got entered incorrect on to a campaign and I can't just make a change. I have to correct it with every campaign. There have been a couple times I haven't because I wasn't able to get to it in time."

Don't order a news letter thinking it a news letter (foldable, mailable letter). It's not. It's thick card stock. The size and weight would have cost over $1.10 per piece to mail bulk. I was charged $147 for 200 "letters" that I had to throw away & reorder from another company @ $98. "

The panoramic postcard portion of your orders sent EDDM is in transit through the postal process and you will also be sent samples of those. The newsletter you ordered as a ship to you is not really designed to be folded and you are correct it would require additional postage to send that when taken to the post office. We don't want you to have to throw them away and not get the benefit of that portion of your order and will refund that to you. It is important to us that you and all of our customers are happy with both our products and service. ”
