Creating the mailing list and creating the mailing are 2 separate functions that really need to be united as one. I think it is time for a head to toe overhaul of your user interface. "

Our website accounts pull the information entered into the account profile to populate on the templates or can be edited directly on the template. The order you are referencing was set up on the user end and placed with the contact information exactly as printed on the postcard. Our system wouldn't have a way of knowing an agent's broker information unless entered. As discussed it sounds like you may have had your Chrome browser autofill that information and not realized it and approved the card for print.
We are happy to refund your order for you.
