“There is a small chance that the postal sorting rollers can cause a burn on the postcards that appears to look like a smudge. It usually occurs more on your copy of the postcard if it is going to a different zip code than the rest of your order and of course returned mail as both have increased numbers of sorts on them. “We do show a warning during our ordering process to attempt to make our customers aware that their copy of their postcard and any return mail received can be damaged by the post office scanning machinery due to the increased number of times they are scanned. Since they are usually going to a different zip code, plus four code that results in more scans than your postcard order ordinarily would. That can increase the likelihood of damage that appears to be a smudge. That effect is actually a burn from the heavy rollers of the post office sorting machines. As much as we try to minimize that there can be some wear to mail through the mail stream.

"I am only giving them a 2 because the website is pretty user friendly. The cards are fairly easy to create. My issue is 1. Customer service and 2. Changing size and shipping options ISN'T an option. Once you start a postcard by choosing design, size and shipping options you CANNOT CHANGE THE SIZE. I created a postcard, which takes time, and decided I wanted to use the design on a standard card. I understand the font might need to be smaller or I might have to move things around etc, but IT IS LITERALLY NOT AN OPTION. There are no disclaimers or warnings that what you choose you are stuck with or you lose your work. So here is your warning. I spoke with 2 different ladies who could have given 2 you know whats. Sad for the cruddy experience because I really did enjoy the website. "

Our site treats the templates separately by size and the selection of size is done at the beginning of the ordering process.
