"Basically awesome. Kristen Morris spent several days and many hours helping me create the front and back of my postcard. After all that work Hailey from approvals indicated that the front picture was not the correct dpi and was blurry however she didn’t stop there and went online to find the exact same graphic in the correct format. Within two days of mailing I had my first listing appointment because the postcard these folks helped me make was awesome. Unfortunately the post office caused a smudge on most pieces but evidently the message shone through. The card was only mailed five days ago so hopefully even more calls to list sellers homes. It usually affects only a few postcards when the equipment misfeeds or jams or on cards that are sorted more than the majority of your order. For example postcards being delivered to a different zip code, plus four than the majority of your mailing list or returned mail that is put through the sorting process on the way out and then again back for returns.
