The status of order didn't change from processing until I called another 15,000 times they say they parts were due and got ahold of parts. He said he couldn't check my order and I had to wait for an email. 5 minutes later I got an email. So did someone just check and receive orders from the warehouse because of my call? I raced to the dealership and arrive at 4:55. Parts department lights are already off. I try the door anyways and find it open so I went inside. I caught the parts guy by surprise. I asked for my parts, he handed them to me and I left. It still wasn't yet 5pm, closing time."
